Coaching helps align your strengths, abilities and energy with your highest dreams and goals. I use a process-oriented model which adapts to your style of learning, unique needs, and the context of your work and life. Together we create an individualized contract to help you reach your personal and professional potential. I coach individuals and teams in my practice in Portland, Oregon, and also at a distance, using teleconferencing and the internet.

The ultimate competitive advantage is the organization's capacity for collaborative teamwork. Yet collaboration is too often weakened through interpersonal conflict, communication difficulties, power struggles and the feeling that people cannot bring their full selves to the table. Through facilitation I help your team leverage the learning, innovation and creativity implicit in the conflicts and challenges it faces. My goal is to make you self-facilitating, and able to learn and grow at the moment of need.
Training and Talent Development
Studies show that the more people feel they are growing, learning, and doing meaningful work, the more likely they are to stay with their job. The same holds true with individuals. When we learn from our challenges and conflicts, not just survive them, we do better, feel happier, and make more sense of our world.
