- Where Roles, Rank and Relationship Meet: A Framework for Working with Multiple Role Relationships in Process Work Learning Communities (.rtf file, 243kb) This article outlines Process Work's theoretical background to multiple role relationships, and applies that theory to Process Work training. It is meant for Process Workers, and those interested in how Process Work addresses the complexities of rank and roles in training relationships. It presents a framework for understanding how roles and rank intersect in professional relationships, which can also be used as a "diagnostic" tool for analyzing and working with difficulties that may arise in multiple role relationships.
