Thanks for your thoughtful post, Johanna. You pose a good question, something to think about further: how do we know we are truly following what is happening, vs. just taking the easy, well worn, and perhaps 'addictive' path? Food for thought!

Hi Julie.

"It is the non-doing of leadership, to follow what is happening, as much a challenge to do with yourself as it is to do with others."

I love the idea of watching how leadership happens within ourselves.

I so appreciate being reminded here of the dance between the *flow* and our *explicit* goals.

In the flow of *what is* we find well worn paths, many of which diminished and defined are *procrastination* or *avoidance* etc etc. Some paths also belong to addictive tendencies which at first viewing appear to lead us away from our yearnings.

I guess what i hear here is its important is bring light to the *way we walk those paths* and bring awareness to them without the bullying them out of existence.
I love process work :)
best wishes
