Julie Diamond, Ph.D. is a facilitator, organizational consultant and trainer who has worked in the field of human and organizational change for over 25 years. She utilizes the Process-oriented model, developed by Arnold Mindell and his associates, which identifies and leverages the emergent learning and innovation implicit in obstacles and conflicts. She is one of the original founders of the Process Work Institute (www.processwork.org), a non-profit graduate school dedicated to research and training in process-oriented facilitation and currently serves as its Vice President of Academic Affairs.

Julie specializes in designing dynamic and transformative learning solutions and programs. Julie has worked in over 20 countries, and across multiple disciplines. Past and current clients such as the New Zealand Health Funding Authority, Nike, The North Face, Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, Macedonian Trade Union, Greenpeace, Portland (Oregon) Police Bureau, New South Wales (Australia) Department of Education and Training, Intel, Cascade AIDS Project, Community Services Northwest.

Julie’s commitment to learning extends to her work with children and the public school system. She is a sponsor for the I Have a Dream Oregon foundation (www.ihadoregon.org) which helps children from low-income communities graduate from college by providing long-term mentoring, tutoring, and enrichment activities.
